Role Overview
- Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies
- Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to FIS PMO standards and contractual commitments
- Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10 + years of project and/or program management experience in fintech or financial services
- Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
