Assist in the Identification and resolution of electronic system issues both on site and remotely.
Support the design, build, and delivery of the hardware and operating systems on multiple programs.
Perform routine maintenance, including basic troubleshooting, installation of upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Conduct sustainment activities at the Huntsville office as well as travel to customer sites, as required.
Explore ways to improve current designs and improve our customer support activities.

Minimum Qualifications LEVEL 2 = 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
LEVEL 3 = 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
LEVEL 4 = 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Must have strong ability to read and interpret wiring schematics.
Must be proficient with troubleshooting of complex electronic systems.
Must be proficient with build-up of electronic systems.
Must be proficient with the use of various test equipment to include multimeters and Oscilloscopes, etc.
Must be proficient in creating reports and presentations with Microsoft Office 365 products.
US Secret Security clearance required at hire
Must be willing to travel occasionally.
