Strategically plan point-of-sale (POS) campaigns focused on the in-store customer journey, aligned with each campaign's objectives and the company's sales goals.
Brief agencies, ensuring planning, execution and monitoring of projects from concept through final artwork delivery, guaranteeing quality and alignment with campaign objectives.
Provide guidelines and videos to pharmacy teams for correct placement/activation of POS materials.
Build and maintain relationships with partner departments, aligning objectives with the promotional calendar.
Be responsible for the workflow and control of requests for radio content and in-store screens at pharmacies.
Monitor competitors and follow trends in the pharmaceutical market.
Assess the effectiveness of actions carried out and propose improvements based on performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) materials (retail experience is a plus).
Proficiency with Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience with AI tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in project management and working with agencies and print vendors.
