Act as an Agile Coach supporting organizational agile transformation
Provide individual coaching (leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters) using models such as GROW, structured feedback, and behavioral techniques
Coach agile teams, addressing dysfunctions, maturity progression, and competency development
Facilitate agile ceremonies and scaling events (e.g., PI Planning, retrospectives, reviews)
Plan and support the execution of Program Increments (PI)
Define and communicate agile schedules (iterations and increments)
Promote a Lean-Agile culture and a continuous improvement mindset
Support leaders and stakeholders in value-driven decision making
Foster collaboration between teams, architecture, and business areas
Manage and optimize the value flow using practices such as Kanban and information radiators
Implement and evolve scaled agile frameworks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
Experience in IT projects
Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Lean Kanban, XP, FDD, Nexus, and LeSS
Experience with scaled agility (Scaled Agile)
Facilitation techniques and workshop facilitation skills
Coaching: GROW model, structured feedback, metacognition, behavioral hypothesis techniques, use of canvases and visual facilitation tools, agile metrics and flow management (lead time, throughput, etc.)
