About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor legal proceedings, analyzing case updates and official publications.
- Identify and validate matters eligible for closure according to legal criteria.
- Ensure correct classification and timely status updates of cases in internal systems.
- Analyze inconsistencies and outstanding issues affecting case closure and take necessary measures.
- Monitor the queue of cases pending closure, ensuring compliance with deadlines and operational workflows.
- Guide, review, supervise, and provide clarification to the intern responsible for operational closure tasks.
- Support the preparation of management reports and indicators related to case closures.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed).
- Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) membership (6–24 months).
- Experience in all phases of legal proceedings.
- Experience working in controllership.
- Preferred experience in civil litigation.
- Preferred experience reading official court publications.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
