Qualifications (Must haves)
- 3–7 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Demonstrated ability to manage outreach volume
- Comfortable running discovery calls and presenting

- Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals

- Experience in fitness, wellness, health clubs, hospitality
- Exposure to multi-location operators, franchise models
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools
- Personal interest in recovery, biohacking
- Experience at a startup or early-stage company
