Develop and implement account-specific action plans;
Lead collaborative work with technical, finance, administrative and operations teams;
Manage sales processes in the private sector, serving corporate clients;
Develop action plans to meet targets, including promotional campaigns for end customers, partner relationship management, event organization, and support for marketing materials to strengthen the company image and increase market share;
Conduct targeted activities focused on cloud computing projects in the Southeast region;
Prospect new cloud computing business and maintain the client portfolio;
Prepare contract proposals and analyze opportunities;
Support customers on their digital transformation journey;
Perform post-sales follow-up to retain customers;
Perform post-sales activities to maintain customer relationships;
Perform other duties relevant to the role as required by the company.
Requirements
Experience in selling managed cloud services;
Advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365;
Experience in client relationship management;
Previous experience as an Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud solutions is a plus;
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365 partner portfolios and the Microsoft security portfolio is a plus;
Proven 'hunter' sales profile (proactive new-business developer) is desirable;
Microsoft Sales and AWS Sales certifications are a plus;
Experience in specific industries such as Retail, Financial Services or Healthcare is a plus.
