About this role
Role Overview
Manage daily communications with clients
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Identify and develop growth opportunities
Resolve operational and strategic issues
Act as a strategic advisor for go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
Map stakeholder relationships
Engage in the sales cycle
Serve as a conduit for customer insights and information
Contribute to internal process and performance improvements
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in account management, indirect sales, or customer success
Fluent written and spoken English
Proven experience managing and developing strategic accounts
Deep understanding of reseller/channel partner ecosystems and B2B sales processes
Strong business development mindset with the ability to generate revenue through strategic planning
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Proven track record leading QBRs, developing account growth plans, and effectively resolving customer issues
Experience with CRM systems and relationship intelligence platforms
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate involvement of internal subject matter experts
Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset
