Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create and execute strategic campaigns to penetrate new markets and expand reach.
Strategic Market Forecasting: Manage marketing activities, take ownership of market trends, and stay on top of growth metrics. Systems and tools provided.
Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our training courses to effectively communicate their value proposition and brand promise.

Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of proven professional experience in a marketing leadership role, brand management, or related field.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding growth and engagement targets.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in an independent capacity.
