Service Delivery Analyst

Role Overview

• Ensure that the contracted scope is delivered with quality, efficiency and within established deadlines
• Organize documentation related to amendments, extensions, adjustments and contractual sanctions
• Monitor contract execution with government clients
• Monitor SLAs, tickets and operational indicators
• Handle analysis and remediation of incidents and contractual breaches
• Prepare administrative defenses in cases of fines/penalties
• Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory clauses
• Prepare and present management and executive reports
• Interface with technical teams, legal department and the client

Requirements

• Experience serving public sector clients
• Education: degree in Business Administration, Systems Analysis and Development, Data Processing or related fields
• Intermediate English
• ITIL v4 certification desirable
