Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a high-quality welcome and by providing product advice tailored to their needs
- Develop sales for your department
- Offer complementary solutions and additional services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain high-quality self-service: stocking shelves, keeping aisles clean, product facing, etc.
- Contribute to merchandising and presentation: displays, window dressing, etc.
- Energize the sales area with commercial activities and promotions
Requirements
- A passion for retail and working as part of a team
- A genuine interest in the products in your area
- A drive for meeting challenges and targets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally, some prior experience in sales
