Support the management of commission rules and policies, ensuring their correct interpretation and application.
Contribute to the definition of commission and commercial incentive strategies and mechanics.
Perform financial and commercial impact simulations for changes to rules, targets, and accelerators.
Support the implementation of rule changes, monitoring the process with partner areas.
Prepare and update documents, presentations, and support materials for submission and approval by committees.
Develop and maintain up-to-date work instructions, policies, and regulations.
Interface with areas such as Finance, Analytics, Sales Administration and Segment teams, supporting alignments and clarifications.
Support internal and external audits, the ombudsman, and legal requests by gathering required information and evidence.
Prepare technical opinions for exception cases (e.g., commission exceptions, channel-specific targets, special rules).

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields
Knowledge of commission and commercial incentive models, sales and commercial performance metrics, and numerical simulations and analyses
Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, and analyses)

Experience in areas such as Commercial Intelligence, Commissions and Incentives, Commercial Planning, Commercial Controllership, or related areas
Hands-on experience in commercial data analysis and supporting the development or maintenance of rules, policies, or processes
Courses in Excel, data analysis, commercial management, governance, or business intelligence will be considered a plus.
