Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements with business stakeholders.
Lead meetings, interviews, and workshops to understand the needs of internal clients.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, including specifications, flows, models, and diagrams.
Participate in the design and validation of technical solutions together with development and architecture teams.
Perform technical analysis directly in source code, when necessary, to support solution definition, impact assessment, validation, and troubleshooting.
Support scope change management, ensuring alignment, traceability, and appropriate communication.
Validate developed solutions with the requesting areas, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
Work on development, implementation, enhancement, and support projects for OSS and BSS systems.
Support project delivery using agile and/or traditional methodologies.
Interface with vendors and technology partners, when required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area’s processes and digital solutions.
Requirements
Experience in systems analysis and requirements elicitation.
Knowledge of process modeling and technical/functional documentation.
Experience in OSS and BSS environments, preferably in a Telecom context.
Familiarity with technical analysis of source code, including reading, understanding logic, and identifying impacts.
Knowledge of systems and services integration (REST and/or SOAP).
Basic knowledge of databases and monitoring environments is a plus.
Previous experience in Systems Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or related roles.
Experience in technology projects, preferably in medium or large corporate environments.
Experience in projects involving OSS and/or BSS systems will be considered an advantage.
