Provide L2/L3 production support for UKG Pro WFM systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to timekeeping, activities, scheduling, accruals and payroll processing
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
Support periodic activities such as upgrades, patches, and releases
Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of tickets
Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of UKG Pro WFM modules
Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration
Configure and optimize pay rules, work rules, and pay codes, accruals, attendance, and scheduling policies
Drive design workshops and stakeholder discussions
Manage system integration efforts (HRIS, Payroll, third-party systems)
Oversee SIT, UAT, and deployment activities
Ensure documentation of solution design and configuration
Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions
4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions / Kronos)
Strong expertise in: timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance, complex pay rule and accrual configuration, production support and incident management
Experience handling both implementation projects and steady-state support
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
