Role Overview
- Define and own the Salesforce QA strategy across projects
- Lead planning and execution of functional and integration testing
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Manage defect lifecycle
- Ensure data quality and role based access testing
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience
- Strong Salesforce domain knowledge
- Hands on testing expertise
- Leadership capabilities
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
- Functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT support
- Validating functionality across Salesforce features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and security models
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Tricentis)
