Responsible for delivering high‑quality data, insights, and analytics that empower managers to make accurate, data‑driven product, campaign, and operational decisions
Help optimize processes—such as merchant onboarding and servicing within the Pay product—by identifying trends, anomalies, and risks
Prepare, develop, and maintain Power BI reports to support effective decision‑making
Conduct comprehensive analyses, interpret complex datasets, and present clear conclusions and recommendations
Identify trends, patterns, deviations, and communicate findings to relevant teams
Participate in projects aimed at refining the maintenance, aggregation, and structuring of dashboards
Support the development of business cases for budgeting and strategic initiatives
Facilitate collaboration between Data and Business teams
Requirements
Proven ability to work with large datasets, including advanced SQL skills, query optimization, and reporting process automation (including VBA)
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
Basic programming knowledge in Python (including PySpark)
Strong working knowledge of Databricks or similar platforms
Highly developed analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business‑oriented recommendations
Skill in creating clear, logical, user‑friendly, and visually appealing data visualizations and reports
Solid understanding of statistics and mathematics at a practical level.
