Role Overview
The Junior Data Analyst will work with the end-client’s unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of water infrastructure implementation.
Analyzing metrics of success.
Developing data-driven insights.
Communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years’ experience in client-facing data analysis roles.
2+ years of consulting experience with a major consulting firm or engineering firm.
Experience translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the client and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in advanced SQL & ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables.
Fluency with Python.
Microsoft Power BI certification or equivalent (Tableau, Qlik, Visier, OneModel or similar).
Excellent data driven storytelling skills – you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals to high level stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
