Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

• The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders in Group Benefits.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate, and brainstorm solutions
• Help structure the analytical approach and offer insights to solve business problems
• Use variety of analytical tools (SQL, Python) and techniques to carry out analysis
• Automate reporting, enable self-serve analytics, and promote culture of analytics-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience working with data and analytics delivery
• 3+ years of experience with SQL
• Hands-on exposure to visualization tools especially Tableau
• Strong partnering approach with a commitment to meeting business partners' unique needs and expectations
• Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only
