Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience
3-5 years experience leading a personal lines property product management team with demonstrated success in delivering new products and features from concept to launch
Ability to define product strategy, product positioning, prioritize and articulate the rationale behind your decisions.
Knowledge of product and project management, product profitability, underwriting, and planning
Enjoys working across strategic and tactical levels of a project
Strategic, organizational and problem-solving skills
Mastery of product analysis, principles and methods.
Business and technical writing skills (e.g., proposals, PowerPoint presentation, business requirements, Microsoft project, Suite Microsoft Office)
Experience working with IT/technology teams to bring new products and/or product enhancements to life
Project management techniques and processes; highly skilled negotiator
Communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with internal and external partners and team members
Understanding of business systems and processes and how they link together
Exceptional financial analysis and reporting skills
