About this role
Blossom Health is addressing the mental health epidemic in America by partnering with psychiatrists to enhance access to affordable mental healthcare. They are seeking a Founding Growth Strategy & Ops Associate to lead initiatives aimed at attracting and converting psychiatrists and clinicians to their platform, working closely with the founder and business operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Operate at the intersection of growth, operations, and strategy
- Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution
- Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems
- Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out
