Provide technical leadership and deep dive into technical issues
Implement best-in-class R&D tools, processes & standards within the development platform
Work in a development environment supporting both organic and inorganic development opportunities
Lead and work with Functional Leaders to assign engineering disciplines to achieve platform goals
Partner across all Infusion Disposables (IPD) platforms and functions to support product development lifecycle
Attract, develop, and empower top talent
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Implement talent development programs and succession planning.

BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles with experience in product development
Understanding of quality management systems
Regulated industry experience (FDA, Automotive, Industrial, etc.)
Proven success in building a strong team and leading initiatives to drive product development in the medical device industry.
Deep knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485), design control.
Strong communication, team member engagement, and organizational change skills.
Must have knowledge in Design & Development, Risk Analysis and Verification & Validations.
