Role Overview
- Drive enterprise Digital Dexterity initiatives
- Lead and scale the Technology Champions program
- Design and continuously improve Digital Dexterity learning systems
- Support intake and prioritization for Digital Dexterity requests
- Partner with Digital Workplace leaders and product owners
- Analyze digital experience signals and inform improvements
- Collaborate with Enterprise Technology and delivery partners
- Provide leadership that supports decision-making and improves execution quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 10+ years of relevant financial services or consulting experience
- Strong product management, design, and development skills
- In-depth knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of payments systems and practices
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
