Manage complex environmental compliance and regulatory enforcement issues globally
Engage with regulators on environmental issues including regulatory submissions
Partner with other counsel and Government Affairs to mitigate risks
Provide legal advice to 3M on potential environmental regulatory changes
Advise businesses on environmental compliance and global regulatory risks

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Ten (10) years of environmental law practice
Experience serving as in-house counsel handling environmental matters
Experience providing legal support for regulatory advocacy initiatives
Experience engaging with federal and state regulators on environmental matters
Experience with administrative law and procedure
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Currently admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions or eligible to become so within six months
