Role Overview
Ensure quality customer experience by minimizing friction points
Listen and assess customer needs to take appropriate actions
Build positive relationships and customer confidence
Provide timely customer service meeting specified standards
Handle a high volume of calls and assist insureds and customers
Navigate systems to provide and gather information
Document actions taken during customer interactions
Research contact center issues and assist with solutions
Report trends and feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
High school diploma
Proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required
Good human relations skills for customer dealings
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Computer usage and software proficiency (Excel, Word)
Ability to navigate multiple software for service resolution
Reliable attendance and availability for nights, weekends, holidays
Basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
