Responsibilities:
- Support customers through their assigned advisor throughout the planning process
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate, timely information
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups
- Coordinate communication between clients and advisors as needed
- Maintain accurate digital records and organized client documentation
- Monitor outstanding items and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Support efficient operations by keeping workflows organized and aligned
