Role Overview
- Develop complex operating room and critical care layouts using advanced Revit modeling techniques
- Create and maintain parametric, formula-driven Revit families, including nested components and configurable equipment systems
- Maintain and enhance Revit templates, standards, shared parameters, and documentation workflows
- Produce high-quality drawing packages and presentation-ready visualizations
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Engineering, and Architects to refine layouts and resolve constraints
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to other designers
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance in all design deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma with six years of relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with four years, or bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of professional experience using Revit in a production environment
- Demonstrated experience building and modifying complex Revit families
- Strong understanding of parametric modeling principles
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating in remote or cross-functional environments
- Healthcare or commercial construction experience (preferred)
- Experience developing Revit standards, templates, or content libraries (preferred)
- Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows (preferred)
- Experience with visualization workflows (preferred)
- Experience with SolidWorks or other parametric modeling tools (preferred)
