About this role
Role Overview
Develop complex operating room and critical care layouts using advanced Revit modeling techniques
Create and maintain parametric, formula-driven Revit families, including nested components and configurable equipment systems
Maintain and enhance Revit templates, standards, shared parameters, and documentation workflows
Produce high-quality drawing packages and presentation-ready visualizations
Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Engineering, and Architects to refine layouts and resolve constraints
Provide technical guidance and best practices to other designers
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
Ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance in all design deliverables
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma with six years of relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with four years, or bachelor’s degree
4+ years of professional experience using Revit in a production environment
Demonstrated experience building and modifying complex Revit families
Strong understanding of parametric modeling principles
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating in remote or cross-functional environments
Healthcare or commercial construction experience (preferred)
Experience developing Revit standards, templates, or content libraries (preferred)
Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows (preferred)
Experience with visualization workflows (preferred)
Experience with SolidWorks or other parametric modeling tools (preferred)
