Clear communication skills, both written and verbal—you can explain your design decisions and contribute to team discussions.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Have a strong portfolio showcasing cutting edge web design and branding work, with attention to detail and creativity.
Experience working collaboratively on design teams and juggling multiple projects or deadlines.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage your time well and adapt to shifting priorities.
Familiarity with responsive design, UI/UX principles, and an understanding of how designs are built in platforms like Webflow.
Passionate about Webflow, emerging design trends, accessibility, and the evolving landscape of digital experience.
Strong understanding of how design decisions impact usability, conversion, and performance.
