Manage local contracts and the performance of 3PL providers (including transportation), ensuring compliance with KPIs and contractual terms.
Prepare, manage and execute the operations budget (including revisions).
Monitor warehouse and distribution activities (inventory, cycle counts, physical inventory, shipping, system accuracy and order fulfillment).
Lead monthly performance review meetings with 3PLs and act as the primary point of contact, fostering strong partnerships.
Implement inventory policies and controls to ensure accuracy, prevent stockouts and reduce excess, including assembly operations.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local legislation and regulatory requirements, including quality control in logistics processes.
Identify improvements, streamline processes and implement corrective actions to increase efficiency, reduce costs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance and issues, provide insights to senior management and collaborate with stakeholders on forecasting, capacity planning and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics roles.
3 years of leadership experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required.
Advanced level of English.
Proven experience managing 3PLs and understanding of contract negotiation and performance management.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt strongly recommended.
Project Management certification desirable.
APICS accreditation or professional supply chain certification preferred.
Experience in Medical Devices, FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Automotive industries.
Proven experience implementing Lean improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency using tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and 5S.
