Offer solutions to recurring technical problems to improve system stability and performance.
Monitor and track support cases, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Work with QA teams to test fixes and deploy software updates.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes and implement fixes for identified issues.
Create documentations periodically, and build library; Mindset to automate where possible;

Good working knowledge in Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript (NodeJS, React JS, etc.,)
Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, etc.,)
Experience with Unix/Linux, Windows systems;
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and analysis techniques;
Ability to communicate effectively;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
