Assist with onboarding of foreign accounts, including reviewing and processing account opening documentation.
Communicate with clients, advisors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries related to international account setup and maintenance.
Monitor workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of account-related tasks.
Respond to phone calls and emails regarding account status, documentation requirements, and general inquiries.
Utilize internal systems to input, track, and update client account information.
Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and other departments to ensure adherence to international regulations (e.g., AML/KYC).
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of client documentation.
Assist in training new team members on foreign account procedures and systems.
Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing requested documentation and process explanations.
Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures.

1+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably with exposure to international account processing.
1+ years of experience with BETA and New Account Opening Tool
