Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or IT discipline.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
Previous trading experience or exposure to financial markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
Demonstrated interest in financial markets.
Proficiency in Python or coding skills is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
