Own the lifecycle of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) systems and capabilities
from ideation and prioritization to delivery, operation, and optimization
Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned AFC solutions
Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into well-defined backlog items with clear acceptance criteria
Prioritize backlog based on risk, regulatory deadlines, value, and delivery capacity
Support the full life cycle of AFC solutions including analysis, configuration, testing, release, and post-implementation follow-up
Support daily operations of AFC systems, including configuration changes and issue resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement of AFC systems by reviewing system performance, incidents, and user feedback
Ensure changes are governed through IT Governance and change management processes
Work with IT delivery teams, business stakeholders, Risk & Compliance experts to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, and aligned with both regulatory and business needs
Requirements
Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an IT-driven environment
Experience in the Anti-Financial Crime are will be considered as an advantage
Good understanding of banking products, processes, and system landscapes
Strong skills in business process analysis and improvement
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of IT delivery models and experience in Agile environment
High sense of ownership, ability to proactively plan, prioritize, and deliver
University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
High level of responsibility, initiative with ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow-up personal and team tasks timely and according to the set quality standard
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
