Listen to the Data: Dive into customer feedback and performance numbers (KPIs) to figure out what’s working and where we can make the investment experience even better.
Team Up Across the Board: Work closely with the Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure all investment offerings follow the rules. You'll also coordinate with outside partners like brokers and custodians to keep things running smoothly.
Drive Innovation: Keep an eye on the latest fintech and wealth-tech trends to keep Snappi ahead of the curve in the world of digital investing.
Support the Launch: Stay involved through every step, from testing new features to supporting the product after it goes live to ensure a high-quality launch.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business, Finance, or Technology.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within digital finance or platform-based investment services.
Investment Know-How: A solid understanding of retail investment products (like ETFs , mutual funds, stocks etc.) and how to build them in an agile environment. Professional certifications in investments are a big plus!
Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex financial concepts simply and work effectively with people from all different parts of the company.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy using data and customer research to solve problems and make smart decisions about what to build next.
Regulatory Knowledge: A good grasp of banking regulations (local and foreign ones, i.e. MiFID, CSDR regulation, etc.) and governance requirements to ensure our products are always "by the book."
Organization: Strong skills in prioritizing tasks, making decisions under pressure, and staying on top of details in a fast-moving workplace.
