Lead the configuration and implementation of front-office platform modules, including: Portfolio Management, Trade order management and settlement, Security Master maintenance, Compliance rule setup, Client account and relationship management
Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, driving discussions to capture business requirements and translate them into functional system workflows
Conduct system demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to portfolio managers, traders, compliance teams, and operational users
Support and guide clients through user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and readiness assessments
Deliver end-user training and contribute to the creation of process documentation and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and integration teams to ensure successful platform deployment
Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience with a broad functional understanding of the entire front-office workflow (PM modeling, trading, compliance, post-trade)
Implementation experience with a front-office platform (ideally CRD, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, etc.)
A business-facing background would be ideal
you have worked directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance Officers, not just IT.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage client relationships with minimal oversight
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective front-office workflows
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across both technical and business audiences
Deep understanding of investment management front-office operations, including trading, portfolio construction, and compliance
Prior experience implementing front-office investment platforms (e.g., OMS/PMS systems) in a consulting or enterprise environment.
