Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants to complete project work plans

Accept responsibility for decision-making regarding project scope, staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science)
2+ years working in professional services or related industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Professional Certification such as Oracle Financials Cloud 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist or similar preferred
Demonstrated experience with four end-to-end implementations in any two EPM cloud products (EPBS Modules, FCCS, ARCS, and NR)
Expert knowledge of the Oracle Planning Cloud tools required
Experience with implementing EPBCS modules (Finance, Workforce, Capex, and Projects)
Proven expertise in design, build, testing and deployment of EPBCS applications
Extensive experience in roles leading finance process improvement in Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Plans, Rolling Forecasting)
Ability to analyze business requirements and develop end-to-end solutions
