Lead the strategic transformation of Operations through the management of high-impact projects (Digitalization, AI, Automation, Process Simplification), ensuring the implementation of a culture of excellence and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes.
Promote a continuous improvement mindset and culture across the organization, developing projects in this area and delivering training initiatives that drive the use of Lean tools in day-to-day operations.
Identify synergies within and across departments, leveraging continuous improvement opportunities.
Foster an organizational culture focused on waste elimination, process agility, and the pursuit of efficiencies that enhance service quality and add value to the organization.
Track, monitor, and lead the roadmap of strategic projects.
Support the transition to automated KPIs (Power BI) and efficiency tools.
Implement and monitor operational efficiency projects aimed at optimizing resources and reducing costs with impact on the organization’s P&L.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Management), Management, or a related field
Professional experience in Project Management and Consulting (minimum 5 years)
