Plan, schedule, coordinate, and implement game releases and content updates across multiple environments.
Lead and maintain game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters.
Support business-as-usual operations by supervising routine updates, patches, and hotfixes with minimal disruption to live environments.
Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness, structured testing, and smooth launch execution.
Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, working with internal teams to resolve configuration and integration issues.
Own the scheduling, validation, and deployment of third-party and in-house content according to release plans and market requirements.
Supervise live operational processes and find opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality.
Work closely with Development, QA, Product, and other relevant business teams to ensure release readiness and alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
Act as a key coordination point for operational requests, issue partner concern, and cross-functional communication.
Maintain proactive communication with outside collaborators, operators, and internal team members to support successful launches and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with Game Operations team members and engineers to coordinate tasks and support delivery against the operational roadmap.
Requirements
Experience in game operations, content distribution, release coordination, or a similar technical or operational role.
Experience working with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems is helpful.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to coordinate optimally across multiple teams and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and other operational systems is beneficial.
Flexibility to support release windows and operational escalations when required.
