Requirements
- Lead a high-performing BA function
- Experience in business analysis and consultancy practice
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital and commerce programmes
- Capability to set direction and raise quality standards
- Experience in hiring and developing teams
- Proven ability in using data and market insights
- Familiarity with KPIs and client outcome improvements
