About this role
Role Overview
Build, manage, and optimize affiliate accounts while maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships
Identify and onboard new commercial partners
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to align campaigns and offers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities
Manage inbound sales leads and optimize the conversion funnel
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, partnerships, and market insights
Support commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth channels
Represent the company at international conferences and networking events
Take ownership of ad hoc commercial and operational projects
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management department within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex commercial deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Strong CRM skills, preferably from HubSpot
