Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven financial analysis and insights
Collaborate with business stakeholders in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), with a strong focus on revenue, costs, and margins
Prepare and continuously improve budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections
Produce monthly and quarterly management reports, tracking performance versus plan and highlighting key variances
Deliver clear, structured analysis and commentary on financial results to non-finance stakeholders
Support the identification of opportunities to improve business performance and efficiency
Contribute to process improvements related to financial planning, reporting, and performance management
Participate in cross-functional initiatives, such as BI tools, dashboards, and process enhancement projects
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
Act as a go-to finance point of contact for day-to-day business queries

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Around 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Basic financial modeling knowledge
Understanding of cash flow and working capital management
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
