Leading implementation of Blue Yonder products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design
Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases
Providing leadership to functional teams during implementation cycles
Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
Working closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements
Providing mentorship to junior associates within the Blue Yonder organization
Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles

- 8 years of industry experience in Supply Chain /Retail industry (e.g. Softline, Grocery, Wholesale, FMCG, CPG, etc.)
Very good understanding Category /Range /Display Management and Assortment concepts for retail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications (BlueYonder/i2/Manugistics/JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq, or similar planning solution)
Business level fluency in English, both spoken and written
Ability and willingness to travel across Europe is required
Right to live and work in the European Union
Fluency in additional European languages (German or French) appreciated
Machine Learning & Data Science concept familiarity
Experience in supply chain software implementation
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project approaches
Python and SQL elementary skills
