Evaluate and assess high-level solution designs and proposals, and translate them into detailed, workable, and feasible network designs within the Maxis environment.
Ensure all detailed designs comply with Maxis standards, architecture principles, and design language.
Identify potential design gaps, technical risks, and implementation pitfalls early in the solution lifecycle, and recommend practical mitigation measures.
Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and workshops with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Sales teams, and relevant business units to refine and finalize deliverables in line with customer requirements and expectations.
Engage with principals and technology vendors to validate solution capabilities and ensure required features are delivered according to project and customer needs.
Translate approved designs into implementable configurations across relevant network platforms and technologies.
Plan, install, configure, and support network hardware and software, including but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues, service degradations, and outages through remote or on-site support.
Support deployment, commissioning, and operational readiness activities as required to ensure successful service delivery.
Provide technical guidance and leadership during customer engagements, especially when communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
