Employee Experience Specialist – Internship

Role Overview

• Responsible for maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and pleasant work environment
• Greet visitors and colleagues with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Ensure the quality and proper functioning of the offices (vendors, maintenance, organization)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all workspace-related inquiries
• Participate in office layout and improvement projects
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a high-quality experience for new hires
• Manage and run the Buddy program
• Support employees throughout their lifecycle, up to offboarding
• Organize and host key events to promote company culture

Requirements

• Student in business school, university, or equivalent
• Prior experience (internship, student job, association) in HR, office management, events, or customer relations is a plus
• Energetic, positive, and always ready to help
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with people
• Proactive: able to propose ideas and take initiative
• Customer-first mindset with a strong service orientation
• Comfortable verbally and in writing, in both French and English
