Support managers with their human and organizational challenges: managing individual situations, advising on labor law, and providing decision-making support
Ensure HR practices are secure and that policies and procedures are applied
Serve as the primary HR contact for the Executive Committees (CODIR) within your scope
Lead recruitment, internal mobility and onboarding processes
Supervise and ensure the rollout of HR campaigns (annual and professional reviews, people review, etc.)
Contribute to talent management and the development of career paths
Participate in cross-functional HR projects
Propose improvements to HR processes and tools
Ensure the reliability of HR data submitted for payroll
Ensure rigorous monitoring of payroll costs in coordination with the HR Director and management control
Produce and validate regulatory reporting (BDESE, social report, workforce indicators, etc.)
Contribute to the preparation of representative bodies and participate in the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)
Provide support on certain labor relations topics: collective agreements, monitoring indicators, etc.
Manage, lead, and develop a team made up of two HR Officers and one HR Manager (RRH)
Oversee activity, organize priorities, and guarantee quality HR service
Support teams in managing complex situations and in skills development
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Labor Law
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a generalist HR role, ideally in a multi-site environment
Strong command of labor law fundamentals
Proven experience managing an HR team
Ability to operate in a demanding environment, working closely with operational management
