Manage employee administrative records: update personnel files, enrollments in complementary health and provident schemes, follow-ups, France Travail attestations, etc.
Enter variable data into the Time & Attendance tool: sickness, maternity, workplace accidents, leave, etc.
Enter and verify fixed and variable payroll data (bonuses, on-call pay, overtime, etc.).
Prepare, review and validate payslips in compliance with deadlines and current legislation.
Administer provident files and monitor CPAM reimbursements within the framework of subrogation for sick and maternity leave.
Produce and review final settlement statements (solde de tout compte) and send end-of-contract documents.
Manage social and tax declarations (DSN, contributions, reconciliations).
Contribute to payroll process improvements by proposing appropriate solutions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and Time & Attendance matters.
Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure optimal payroll operations and provide support on various project deployments.
Maintain payroll tools and ensure correct application of collective agreements and updates to sector-specific agreements.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of social, legal and tax rules applicable to payroll.
Proficiency in payroll calculations and related controls.
Proven experience required with ADP Decidium payroll software and ADP Time & Attendance (GTA).
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle urgent matters.
Attention to detail and rigor to ensure data accuracy.
Ability to work independently while escalating and communicating with the Payroll Manager when needed.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
