Expert Customer Success Manager – 6-month Fixed-term Contract

Role Overview

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounting firms
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the firm as soon as they decide to deploy Yooz across their client portfolio.
• Drive adoption and usage of the solution among accounting staff
• Reduce churn and ensure client satisfaction.
• Encourage firms to promote Yooz to their clients, contacts, subsidiaries, and professional networks.
• Manage client follow-up through product demonstrations and achieve additional upsell objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in a business-related field (or equivalent).
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in accounting and/or accounting/finance SaaS required.
• You have prior experience delivering product demonstrations, strong interpersonal skills, and solid written communication skills.
• Autonomous, persistent, and passionate about IT.
