As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first point of contact for tax-related questions.
You assist our users via chat, email, phone, and video calls.
You support the community by running demos and webinars and by drafting FAQs.
You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, relaying new ideas and helping resolve issues.
You develop strategies to retain users and persuade them to subscribe and file their taxes with us.
You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.

Native French speaker and fluent in English.
Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively assist and persuade customers.
Able to work independently while also functioning well in a team.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
Financial knowledge is a plus but not required — we will train you during onboarding.
