Act in a technical and consultative capacity, supporting customers in the correct use of video-assisted surgery systems and other company technologies;
Perform installations, deliver training, and support video-assisted surgical procedures with a specialized consultancy approach for the company’s video surgery systems and other technologies;
Conduct compelling product demonstrations, emphasizing technical aspects and functionality, and adapt demonstrations to customers’ specific needs to ensure high-quality service, technical support, and customer satisfaction;
Advise customers on the proper use of system features and technical differentiators;
Provide technical and operational support, proactively resolving issues;
Work with organization and method, managing schedules, service calls, technical records, and reports in internal systems;
Delight internal and external customers, building strong relationships that lead to referrals and new business opportunities;
Manage minor operational expenses within company compliance policies, ensuring responsible use of resources;
Ensure full alignment with company ethics, compliance, and organizational culture policies, maintaining the company’s trust and credibility in the market.

Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Biomedical Equipment, Mechatronics, or Mechanical; bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field;
Intermediate knowledge of hospital routines;
Intermediate knowledge of video-assisted surgical procedures;
Experience providing technical customer support;
Experience in public-facing/customer service roles;
Intermediate proficiency with mobile digital tools;
Cultural alignment with the company;
Availability to travel;
Valid driver’s license (Category B);
Flexible working hours;
Availability to travel to serve clients across the three states of the Southern region of the country;
Residence in Porto Alegre and surrounding metropolitan area or in the state of Santa Catarina;
Knowledge of operating room routines and/or clinical engineering.
