Strategic Content Development: You’ll create and edit compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and business unit guidelines.
Ensure the strategic and timely delivery of this content across multiple platforms to support sales objectives.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including Content writers, and other stakeholders, to produce high-quality content that fosters quality user experience.
Contribute to the strategic direction of content delivery.
Digital Asset Management: Distribute digital assets ensuring content is published according to plan and effectively reaches the target audience through email, text, and Salesforce's Knowledge Management platform.
Brand and Quality Assurance: Ensure all communications are consistent with AT&T's brand voice and established Mid-Markets guidelines, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our messaging.
Knowledge Management and HTML: Utilize HTML skills to develop and manage articles within our Knowledge Management framework, optimizing content organization and accessibility for sales teams.
Experience in content publishing through CMS or Salesforce's Knowledge Management system is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
