Lead end-to-end SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management product implementations, including discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Translate client business objectives and legal workflows into effective product configurations and implementation plans.
Provide client-facing, role-based product training to ensure user readiness, adoption, and ongoing self-sufficiency.
Own implementation projects from kickoff through post-launch stabilization, maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, risks, and outcomes.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and status communications.
Requirements
Experience as a project manager or in product support is required
Experience working with clients in software implementation highly desired
Experience with Matter Management or Enterprise Legal Management is highly desired
Strong communication skills, strong customer service ability
